Faced with a choice - a house or an apartment - you should consider some important aspects. Some of them, for some of you may seem quite obvious. In our experience, however, that what one person completely rethink, the other does not consider it important in making a decision. As a consequence this aspect, kind of obvious, may become a factor so onerous that it was worth the stop on it.

Commuting to work and to school

While living in the city, family members have the freedom to move between different activities-work, home, school, activities, entertainment, etc. Choosing a house outside the city we should carefully consider the logistics of daily functioning of the family. If you dwell in a beautiful quiet location near the forest, where the only means of transportation is by car, then the parents, except that they have to get to work, they also have an additional obligation related to the movement of children. Let us remember that, in addition to driving to school, children have also friends, interests, want to go to the movies, etc. The entire logistics is on the shoulders of adult family members. You should also estimate the cost of commuting and take it into account in the budget of the home before deciding on you move out outside the city.  

Caring for Your Garden

For some, it will be just mowing the lawn, and for other - taking care of the well-made garden. Either way, anyone who lives outside the city, has some responsibilities for the maintenance of your home environment in the proper condition. There are people for whom this is a way to recover from a busy week of mental work and gives them relaxation and satisfaction. There are also those for whom it is burdensome necessity.

As the owner of a house in the winter we grab a shovel and clear snow from our property. This can be considered as a good way to keep fit and stay in the fresh air, but keep in mind that the snow does not fall only when we have wanted to shovel snow J.

Repairs, maintenance, care of the building

In the case of living in the apartment, we pay a fixed rent and then we buy ourselves the amount of peace of mind when it comes to taking care of the technical condition of the building. Owning a home requires constant attention to keep it in a good condition. Elevation, gutters, roof, fence, all of these require maintenance.

Rest

What is attraction for some, for others is a prison ... and so is the rest. Some people like to go to the seaside and fry on the beach while others prefer to overcome the mountain paths and breathe in the crisp air of a cool stream. So it is like the apartment in the city or outside of it. Proponents of urban entertainment, free out for sushi, or a movie, find a source of relaxation after a long work week. Those seeking respite in nature, wanting to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city, they will enjoy the morning access to the terrace, where with the rays of the rising sun they will drink a cup of coffee while listening to the twittering of birds.

Animals

House with garden is the ability to have a happy dog that will be running on the garden instead of waiting for it, until one of the family members come to him for a short walk between the blocks. For us, the owners of pets, it is a big convenience. You do not have to get up early and go to frost or rain so that our pet could get his needs.

Barbecues

Own home and possession is isolated from the neighborhood and a greater degree of freedom in the use of space in which we live.

It is worth to look around the neighborhood and see how our next place of residence is the issue of access to the goods. In this case, it all depends on your needs. For some, just a small shop in the next street is enough, where they could buy all the most necessary food and basic chemistry, and others cannot live without localized near the shop that offers the right choice of what is needed to prepare more sophisticated dishes that they like to eat. Let us remember that in small towns are usually small shops, where it is difficult sometimes to find even baby diaper and a greater choice of teas.

Stage of life

We should bear in mind that our needs will change over time. It is worth to think about it ahead of time and do not invest in the purchase or construction of the house too much, which is costly to maintain and use will be incomplete. It happens that you are tired earlier living in cramped urban locale, come up to change the living conditions of a grand scale. It can sometimes be confusing when you realize that we have chosen a solution beyond measure our needs, and worse, financial capabilities.
